Email is supposed to make our lives easier, but a poorly crafted email can do just the opposite. Because I’ve watched the number of emails I receive on a daily basis steadily increase from 1 or 2 to 100+ each day, I’ve put together a short series on how to get the most out of email and make the recipient’s life a little easier.
